Sara de Sa Leao

Sara is Head of Fairway Madeira, she ensures the smooth running of the Madeira office whilst providing line management support to staff working in Madeira across Company Secretarial, Trust, Funds and Pensions. She ensures all work is conducted with the required highest level of service and compliant with the respective regulatory and legislative requirements.

Sara ensures compliance with the group’s governance framework, secretarial procedures and set deadlines. She assists with the implementation of and contributes to the group’s strategic goals, monitoring its progress to ensure that the jurisdiction attains its objectives as effectively and efficiently as possible.

Sara provides line management support to staff working across all departments in the Madeira office, providing opportunities to reporting lines and supporting performance development and career planning.
