Heidi is a Compliance Manager at Fairway, where she oversees the day‑to‑day compliance activities of the business.
Her role is focused on ensuring Fairway remains compliant with all applicable laws, regulations, Codes of Practice, and internal policies, while providing practical guidance and advice to support the wider business.
Heidi joined Fairway over eleven years ago and has spent nearly four years within the Compliance team, gaining experience across all areas of compliance. She holds a number of International Compliance Association (ICA) qualifications, including the Advanced Certificate in Practical Customer Due Diligence, the Advanced Certificate in Anti‑Money Laundering, and the Diploma in Governance, Risk and Compliance.
With a deep understanding of Fairway and strong compliance expertise, Heidi is committed to improving processes, encouraging collaboration across teams, and helping the business stay ahead of regulatory change.
