Sarah joined Fairway in 2019 and is an Associate Director in Compliance for Fairway Group. She is responsible for ensuring all companies and their clients comply with the relevant laws and regulations as well as monitoring the effectiveness of internal systems and controls.
She has over 18 years' experience in the finance industry, providing compliance oversight and support to trust and fund services businesses, ensuring compliance with Laws and regulations, as well as experience working at the Jersey Financial Services Commission.
Sarah is a Member of the International Compliance Association, an Affiliate member of the Chartered Management Institute and a member of the Jersey Compliance Officer’s Association.
She holds the International Compliance Association Diploma in Anti-Money Laundering, the International Compliance Association Diploma in Governance, Risk and Compliance, the Institute of Chartered Secretaries and Administrators Certificate in Offshore Finance and Administration and Level 3 First Line Management with the Chartered Management Institute.
