Aleisha joined Fairway in 2021 and is responsible for the Group's marketing initiatives, focusing on the planning, execution, reporting and analysis of marketing and business development.
Working towards the companies new business goals, Aleisha feeds into the Group's commercial strategy, centering on international market access and implementing lead generation campaigns.
Prior to joining, Aleisha worked in the Marketing and BD team for an offshore Trust company working towards strategic objectives through campaigns and events for Private Client, Corporate and Funds, primarily across the UK and Middle East.
Aleisha holds a Masters (Merit) degree from the University of Leeds and a BA (Honors) degree from the University of Coventry in Marketing and Advertising. She also completed the CMI Certificate in Principles of Management and Leadership.
