Karen Johnson
Head of Business Solutions
Karen is the Head of Business Solutions at Fairway Group, working closely with the board of directors, client-facing teams and support functions to ensure the smooth delivery of strategy projects as well as making sure that Fairway’s systems are being properly optimised and that all business process improvement embraces the firm’s digital transformation plan.
Karen has an extensive amount of experience in operational and client-facing roles which she has gained through various positions in local trust companies over the last 35+ years, working her way up from administration to Associate Director level before moving to Fairway Group in 2021.
Karen is a member of the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners (STEP), holding a Diploma in Trusts and Estate Planning as well as Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certified.
