Jessica De Momme is an Associate Director in Compliance, providing support to the Financial Crime Framework for Fairway.
Jess joined Fairway in 2022 and has over 16 years’ experience in the finance industry. She is committed to fostering a compliance culture within the organisation and actively champions training and awareness programs to educate employees on compliance requirements and ethical practices.
Jess helps effectively build and manage a team of compliance professionals. Open communication and a collaborative spirit enables the team to drive positive change within Fairway, ensuring compliance objectives are met while upholding the highest ethical standards.
Driven by a passion for building trust and establishing a strong corporate reputation, Jess takes pride in ensuring Fairway operates in accordance with its regulatory requirements. Her dedication to compliance ensures Fairway safeguard their integrity, attract and retain customers, and maintain a competitive edge in the marketplace.
Jess is a Member of the International Compliance Association, and her qualifications include the ICA International Diploma in Governance, Risk and Compliance and the ICA international Diploma in Anti-Money Laundering.
