Paul is Group Head of Business Risk & Commercial Strategy at Fairway, reporting to the Chief Executive Officer and working closely with senior management to identify, plan, and oversee strategic initiatives and projects that are critical to Fairway’s success and growth.
Paul is responsible for providing input into the strategic management of commercial and technical developments to identify, assess, and manage business risks, while driving commercial initiatives that align with regulatory requirements and market opportunities. Through proactive risk management and innovative commercial strategies, Paul enhances Fairway’s competitiveness and delivers value to stakeholders
Paul has more than 35 years’ experience in the financial services industry, he is also a member of STEP and ICSA (The Chartered Governance Institute).
