Our Business Solutions Team are the glue that sit between IT and the client facing teams with the purpose of making day to day client work efficient. This role includes dealing with system usage queries, set-up and producing internal communications regarding business operations and projects, with a particular focus on the Funds Administration platform (LemonEdge) which will require working closely with the Funds Administration team. The Business Operations Officer will support processes and system improvement projects across the whole business. These projects will enable the Business Operations Officer to support the services provided by a Trust and Fund services business and to develop Lean Six Sigma theories and data analytics to improve those services.
