To actively administer a mixed portfolio of private and corporate client structures containing properties, investments, image rights and other asset classes, ensuring that the clients’ needs are met. To assist in the supervision and mentoring of trainees and trust administrators, identifying training requirements and organising appropriate CPD. Ensuring support to administrators whilst minimising corporate risk by ensuring that compliance with procedures and legislation is maintained across the team.

The primary purpose of the role is to administer a varied portfolio of clients and the coordination of all aspects of the relevant service offerings including but not limited to: preparation of minutes of meetings; payments; cash management; major transactions; and dealing with day to day correspondence in respect of client structures.

To provide bookkeeping, tax compliance and statutory reporting services for Madeira-contracted clients, ensuring full compliance with local tax and regulatory requirements. The role holder will be responsible for the accurate preparation, verification and submission of accounting records, tax declarations and statutory filings, acting as the accountable professional point of contact with the Portuguese tax authorities. The role holder will also be conducting on-site visits to the clients to assist them with their record keeping process.

The purpose of this role is to support Business Units in undertaking initial new and existing business reviews, including screening and checking for file completeness for all prospective business, and also to process Customer Due Diligence (CDD) received. To ensure that the Group and their clients comply with the Anti-Money Laundering (AML) laws, regulations and relevant policies and procedures. Also, to assist with standalone or ongoing projects where necessary and as applicable to the role. The role holder is also expected to communicate effectively with the business and be self-motivated to develop skills and knowledge.
