Melanie Crombie

Melanie is a Manager in our Pensions team, responsible for the day-to-day management and administration of pension structures. Her role includes signing instructions and authorising payments as a designated ‘B’ signatory, overseeing the establishment of new personal pension schemes, and managing contributions and transfers for both personal and corporate arrangements.

Melanie monitors team resources and workloads, providing support, guidance and ongoing development opportunities to direct reports. She also works closely with independent financial advisers, building strong professional relationships and assisting with technical pension-related queries.

Committed to her professional development, Melanie achieved a Merit in the STEP Certificate in Financial Services -  Trusts & Estate Planning.
