Aslam Shareef

Aslam Shareef is Managing Director of Fairway Kuwait and a senior financial services professional with over 20 years' experience across fund administration, regulation, compliance, governance and audit.
 
Prior to leading Fairway's operations in Kuwait, he headed the Group's Funds business in Jersey, overseeing private equity, real estate and alternative investment structures. 

His career uniquely spans both industry and regulatory roles, having served within the Jersey Financial Services Commission (JFSC), held senior risk and compliance positions at an international bank, and sat on the boards of numerous regulated and client entities. 

Combining deep technical expertise with extensive GCC market knowledge, Aslam provides strategic guidance on fund structuring, governance and cross-border investment solutions, supported by his background as a qualified accountant and holder of a Diploma in Fund Administration.
