Matt Ebbrell
Chief Operating Officer
Matt Ebbrell is Chief Operating Officer at Fairway Group with overall responsibility for Information Technology, Finance, Marketing, Business Solutions and People and Culture.
Matt joined Fairway in 2018 from The Jersey Financial Services Commission and has over 20 years' experience in the finance industry, specialising in HR, change management and transformation initiatives within his previous roles. As the Group COO, Matt is responsible for delivering operational effectiveness as well working towards the company’s strategic aims and building relationships with potential acquisition targets and new markets in line with Fairway’s growth ambitions.
Matt is a key driver of change and culture in the business and is an Executive Board member of Fairway's Trust, Fund and Pension businesses in addition to also sitting on the main Fairway Group Limited board.
Matt graduated from the Chartered Institute of Personnel Development (CIPD) with a Level 7 Post Graduate Diploma in Human Resources and Institute of Directors (IoD) with a Certificate and Diploma in Company Direction.
