Nathan is a highly motivated and experienced head of technical infrastructure with proven ability to develop and strengthen businesses technology landscapes. Nathan joined Fairway Group from a similar fiduciary organisation where he expanded the global operation from a single Jersey office to 19 locations world-wide.

Nathan has over 25 year’s experience in leading and growing global infrastructure for businesses to create dynamic and progressive technology with security focused design. He is an effective people, business and technical manager, delivering solutions in circumstances requiring a combination of leadership, organisational and task-orientated skills ensuring the capabilities of individuals are maximised.

Nathan thrives upon challenging business projects and assignments and has a flexible determined approach to generate both the commercial success and real change, together with a passion for excellence with a logical approach.
