Lucia is Senior Manager of our Madeira office. Her background in company secretarial and personal assistance has provided her with extensive company secretarial experience, making her valued for the quality and accuracy of her work in our Madeira office. 

Lucia is committed to enhancing the growth of the Madeira office and supporting the team in achieving Fairway's strategy for continued success, whilst ensuring all work is conducted in accordance with internal policies and procedures. She has built strong relationships with the team, fostering an environment where constructive feedback and positive collaboration are encouraged.

Lucia holds an Executive Secretarial Diploma.
