Ana is an Assistant Manager for our Secretarial Support Services team in Madeira. 

With 18 years of experience in the International Business Centre of the Madeira Free Trade Zone, Ana has built a strong foundation in corporate governance, compliance, and financial services. Her career includes roles such as a paralegal assistant, executive support within senior leadership, and vessel registry liaison, where she managed documentation and coordinated with regulatory bodies.

As an Assistant Manager, Ana provides vital support to the Company Secretarial team, ensuring seamless operations and maintaining excellence in service delivery. She is known for her meticulous attention to detail, organisational skills, and dedication to exceeding expectations. Ana holds a Bachelor's degree in Hotel Management from Lisbon and has achieved an Award in CGI IFA Level 4.
