James Wiseman

James is Director & Head of Funds at Fairway, responsible for the oversight and delivery of high-quality fund administration services.

He plays a key role in driving the growth and development of the funds service line, ensuring the delivery of high-quality, director-led services, with attention to fund administration, regulatory compliance, and governance standards. To support this, James regularly travels to engage with key clients and intermediaries, maintaining strong relationships and identifying new opportunities for collaboration.

With over 30 years of experience in the Funds and Corporate Services industry, James brings considerable technical knowledge of structuring and administering various alternative fund assets across a variety of asset classes, including Private Equity, Venture Capital and Real Estate.

He has worked for several financial services companies across multiple jurisdictions, including Singapore, Luxembourg, Guernsey and Jersey so is extremely familiar with wider cross-border fund projects and corporate transactions.

James holds a BA Honours degree and is a fellow of ACCA and AIA.
