Graeme Fairlie

Graeme is Head of Trust and Estate Planning at Fairway, supporting clients with their wealth structuring requirements across the Middle East.

Based in the UAE, Graeme has more than two decades of experience in trust and estate planning within the region. Before rejoining Fairway, he was Head of Trust Relationships at Emirates NBD Private Bank in Dubai, where he oversaw onshore and offshore structures tailored to the needs of high-net-worth clients and their families. He also worked closely with the bank’s trust company in Jersey to deliver bespoke planning solutions. 
 
Graeme brings extensive regional knowledge, business development experience, and cultural understanding to his role. He works with clients, advisers, and intermediaries across the GCC, helping to build strong relationships and deliver joined-up fiduciary and wealth structuring solutions.

Graeme holds the Certificate for Financial Advisers qualification. Outside work, he enjoys playing tennis and padel and follows rugby and Formula 1.
