Purpose of the Role:

The role offers broad exposure to employer-related and incentive arrangements, including pensions, and combines technical administration, client service, governance and risk management within the Employer Services team.
Role Overview:
As a Senior Administrator in the growing Employer Services team, you will work with a varied portfolio of employer-related and incentive arrangements, including pensions, and help deliver excellent service standards across the business.
You will use your technical knowledge, organization and communication skills to manage work from instruction through to completion, supporting clients and stakeholders with clarity and confidence.

Principle Responsibilities
Administration and Service Delivery
- Administer a portfolio of employee benefit and incentive arrangements, including Employee Benefit Trusts, Employee Share Ownership Plans, deferred compensation arrangements and related structures, as well as existing corporate pension schemes.
- Maintain knowledge and control over the assets, participants, beneficiaries and activities of structures under administration.
- Prepare trustee resolutions, minutes, approvals, transaction documentation and correspondence.
- Coordinate governance activities, trustee meetings and periodic reviews.
- Monitor and progress actions arising from governance and review activities.
- Administer distributions, vesting events, acquisitions, disposals, leaver events, forfeitures and other plan-related transactions.
- Assist with the establishment of new arrangements and implementation of corporate transactions and restructuring projects.
- Maintain accurate records, statutory documentation and internal systems.
- Manage administration tasks through to timely completion.
- Identify and implement practical improvements to administration processes, controls and service delivery.
Client and Stakeholder Experience
- Act as a trusted day-to-day contact for clients and stakeholders.
- Develop a strong understanding of client objectives, structures and requirements.
- Respond to requests and enquiries promptly, using clear language and a solutions-focused approach.
- Communicate effectively with employers, participants, legal advisers, tax advisers, payroll teams, investment managers and other professional advisers.

- Support directors and senior management in client presentations, proposals, relationship development and business growth initiatives.

- Maintain an understanding of relevant trust, fiduciary, AML/CFT and regulatory requirements.

Professional Qualifications and Minimum Relevant Experience:
- Relevant professional qualifcations (STEP, CGI,ACA,ACCA or equivalent) or studying towards such qualifications
- Demonstrable experience within fiduciary, trust, pensions, employee benefits, corporate administration or related financial services.
- Experience managing transactions, client relationships and administrative processes with limited supervision.
- Understanding of client service standards, governance requirements and regulated financial services environments.
- Experience managing competing priorities, transaction workflows and recurring administration cycles.
- Evidence of ongoing professional development and relevant technical learning.
