To provide day-to-day assistance to the administration team within Fairway Pension Trustees Limited as well as, from time to time, to undertake specific additional tasks and projects as advised. To work with the rest of the Pensions Team to improve profitability and efficiency, limit both Fairway Pension Trustees and Member's exposure to risk and provide a quality service to clients. The following responsibilities have been separated under various headings for ease of reference but are not mutually exclusive. The post holder may be assigned other projects and other duties that may be deemed appropriate to this role.

To actively administer a mixed portfolio of private and corporate client structures containing properties, investments, image rights and other asset classes, ensuring that the clients’ needs are met. To assist in the supervision and mentoring of trainees and trust administrators, identifying training requirements and organising appropriate CPD. Ensuring support to administrators whilst minimising corporate risk by ensuring that compliance with procedures and legislation is maintained across the team.

To be developing effective management of data and internal processes and controls for Fairway Group. Working as part of a team to ensure build robust processes and procedures, integrating the use of NavOne and other technology. Ensuring all Fairway employees are effective and proficient with the use of NavOne enhancing employee performance and thus contributing directly to operational efficiency. Assessing training needs, review of system enhancements and evaluating effectiveness of change.
