Fairway Fund Services Limited (“FFSL”) provides administration, corporate secretary accounting and Trustee/Director services to funds, managed entities, and corporate investment structures based in Jersey. The primary purpose of the role is to assist the Manager/ Directors of FFSL in the administration of a varied portfolio of clients and the coordination of all aspects of the Company’s service offering including: preparation of minutes of meetings; payments; cash management; major transactions; and dealing with day to day correspondence in respect of client structures.

To assist in the administration of a variety of funds and corporate structures and the co-ordination of all aspects of the Company’s service offering including drafting board-packs, minutes of meetings and agendas; payments; maintaining client records; and dealing with day to day correspondence in respect of client structures.
