The awards champion young professionals in the wealth sector and highlight the leaders under forty of today and tomorrow. The philosophy of the contest is to support future leaders who excel at work but who also make an important contribution to society.
Julia started her journey with Fairway as part of her university work experience and has been part of the Private Client team ever since. She embodies Fairway's core values exceptionally well and is a trusted member of the team who leads with with integrity, always communicating respectfully with colleagues and clients.
Julia consistently demonstrates strong self‑motivation, completing work efficiently and to an excellent standard. She manages her responsibilities confidently and embraces new challenges without hesitation. A thoughtful listener, she shows great initiative and is always willing to support others when needed. Her professionalism, positivity, and readiness to contribute make her a standout rising talent.
Alongside her day-to-day activities, Julia has developed both professionally and personally whilst working at Fairway and is now fully qualified having passed her STEP Diploma.
Julia regularly takes part in our CSR and sporting events; beach cleans, tree planting, half marathons and triathlons. She also contributed to our #belongatfairway recruitment campaign by appearing in videos and interviews, showcasing her enthusiasm for the business.
