We are proud to announce that Olivia Mehigan has been shortlisted for the Jersey Finance Rising Star Awards in the Marketing and Business Development category.

Liv joined Fairway in 2023 to pursue her passion for marketing. Since then, she has advanced and thrived in a fast-paced, multi-faceted role spanning employer branding, business development and internal engagement initiatives. Alongside excelling in her day‑to‑day responsibilities, she heads up our Colleagues Council, shaping employee engagement across the business. She leads initiatives that boost morale, strengthen communication and bring colleagues together, not only in Jersey, but across our global office base, helping Fairway truly feel like one connected group.

Liv has revitalised our employer brand, giving it a fresh, engaging feel and raising its profile under her direction. She has integrated CSR activity, recruitment projects and business development initiatives to ensure a consistent and authentic message across the firm. Widely regarded as a go‑to person, she is trusted by colleagues for guidance on what’s happening and how to get involved.

Liv is also a CIM Level 4 distinction holder, which reflects both her capability and dedication to professional development. Her energy, ownership and strategic mindset mark her out as a true Rising Star, and she regularly receives positive feedback from colleagues for her hard work, reliability and positive attitude. Her willingness to learn, improve and contribute beyond expectations underlines just how much she gives, and we couldn’t be prouder of her for being shortlisted for this incredible award.
