Fairway Group has invested in an advanced onboarding technology solution, by partnering with Vaiie Onboard, which is designed to enhance the way we support clients from the outset of each relationship. First launched within our Jersey office, the platform forms part of a phased rollout across our global office base, underpinning a more consistent, seamless and efficient client experience.

By moving from a paper-based approach to a structured digital solution, the platform introduces efficiency, consistency and control into the onboarding process. Clients can verify their identity, submit documentation and manage requirements through a secure digital portal, creating a more streamlined experience while allowing our teams to operate with greater efficiency and precision.

The technology supports each stage of the onboarding journey through a single connected platform. Complex ownership structures can be visualised through an interactive structure chart, while dynamic risk scoring is applied in real time as information is added. Each action, decision and workflow update is captured within a detailed key events timeline, providing our teams with stronger oversight, greater visibility and a robust audit trail throughout the process.
