Client Background
Our client is a large multinational fund and corporate services provider operating across 13 jurisdictions worldwide. They support asset managers and multinational corporates with their day‑to‑day operational requirements.
Due to Jersey’s robust regulatory and governance frameworks and its well‑established funds industry, the client sought the ability to service customers from Jersey, a jurisdiction in which they do not currently operate. Fairway was engaged to deliver the required services under Jersey’s MoME regime.
Client Requirements
To meet growing demand, our client sought to extend its service offering to include Jersey‑based fund administration, recognising the appeal of having an established and regulated presence in Jersey to compliment its existing global footprint.

Tailored Solutions
Fairway was engaged to provide a Manager of a Managed Entity (MoME) solution, acting as the regulated manager of the Jersey entity through which services are delivered. Under this model, Fairway provides the regulatory, governance, and operational framework required to support the client’s activities in Jersey, whilst enabling them to offer Jersey‑based services without establishing a local presence. As Manager of the Managed Entity, Fairway delivers a fully outsourced, end‑to‑end Jersey solution.
