Greening Jersey
Fairway are excited to join Jersey Finance's new 'Greening Jersey' initiative. The Greening Jersey Trust has been launched to support environmental initiatives with a focus on restoration and rewilding across the island. We are excited to get involved in more volunteering activities.
Trees for Life
We are pleased to partner with Trees for Life for a second year! Jersey Trees for Life plants and protects trees across Jersey alongside educating and inspiring the community. Our staff really enjoyed volunteering through tree planting and maintenance, helping both the environment and our community.
Eco Active
We are a member of Eco Active and a 200 Club Member of Plastic Free Jersey, we minimise environmental impact by actively reducing our plastic waste. We also organise a yearly beach cleaning event to help protect our local beaches. This aligns with our target of reducing environmental impact of carbon, waste and energy.
The Puffin Project
We are proud to partner with National Trust Jersey to support their coastline conservation and seabird reserve project, helping to restore habitats and protect puffins and other coastal birds.

Easter Hampers
For Easter, we created hampers filled with goodies to gift to families who may need support over the holiday period.
Wellness Raffle
We organised a wellness themed raffle as part of wellness week 2025 and to fundraise for Caring Cooks. The raffle consisted of some great prizes- from skincare hampers, sauna & spa vouchers and personal training sessions!
Dragon Boat Racing
Our 'Fairway First Mates' had a fantastic day taking part in Jersey Hospice Care's Dragon Boat Racing 2024. We look forward to taking part again this year, lots of fun for a great cause!
LouLou Race Foundation
In memory of our co-founder, Louise Bracken-Smith, the LouLou Race Foundation was set up by Louise's husband Peter. As CEO of Fairway, Louise was not only a very successful business-woman, but she was the ultimate sportswoman. To honour Louise's love for sports and ambition to inspire others, the LouLou Race Foundation supports underfunded young people in their sports aspirations and hopes to improve access to sports.
As a charity close to our hearts, Fairway is proud to be the Qualified Member and Guardian of the Foundation, and to support the work the Foundation is doing to ensure Louise's legacy lives on.

Social and Events - We organise quarterly social events, alongside wellbeing and sports activites such as creative workshops, yoga, boxing sessions and corporate sports leagues.

Health and Wellbeing- We value the wellbeing of our staff and offer a yearly wellbeing allowance, as well as a comprehensive benefits package, including: private medical and health insurance, a contributory pension scheme, and access to mental health support services.
