As a leading provider of Shariah compliant finance structuring and investment, we know just how important it is to welcome the right advisor into the family business. We have a strong knowledge of the technical requirements but also the nuances of Shariah law and what is required to successfully manage intricate and significant engagements.
Our experience includes Islamic Finance contracts and components, including Murabaha, Wakala, Ijara, Sukuk, Qard Al Hasan, Wa'ad, and Usufruct arrangements.
What are Shariah compliant services?
A growing number of non-Muslim individuals and businesses are seeking Shariah compliant services due to the high ethical standards of this investment and management approach.
To remain Shariah compliant, individuals and businesses are prohibited from undertaking certain financial activities that are not deemed to mirror the Shariah law principles. These prohibited activities include the collection of specific interest or fees for monetary loans, as well as investments in businesses that provide goods or services deemed inconsistent with Islamic principles or values. Investments may not be made in businesses that operate outside of a stipulated debt-to-equity ratio, ensuring investment only in stable operators.
