Sean Matthews is an IT Support Technician at Fairway Group with responsibility for the Fully Managed Service Desk in the IT Team. Sean joined Fairway in April 2015 and has over 5 years’ experience in the IT Service Industry. Prior to joining Fairway, he worked at Play.com, Co-Operative Society and most recently at Waitrose as Assistant Manager Operations focusing on establishing clear procedures, processes, health & safety standards and the smooth running of the back of house operations of the Supermarket in line with the John Lewis Partnerships high levels service.
Sean graduated from Highlands College with a AQA AS in European Studies, GNVQ ICT Intermediate & AVCE ICT Qualifications. He is currently studying towards attaining his MSCA Microsoft Certified Qualification and completing a ITIL4 Foundation Certificate.
