Fairway has appointed Dominique Burnett as Trust Director.

Dominique joins Fairway from Suntera Global, where she was Client Services Director. Previous to this, Dominique has been a director at trust companies based in Jersey, Switzerland, Singapore and Auckland. During her 20 years in the trust sector, she has worked for the trust arms of well-known accounting and tax advisory firms, an owner-managed trust group based in the Asia Pacific region, as well as holding the role of director at a Family Office. Dominique is a Fellow of the Chartered Governance Institute, a member of STEP and holds a Masters degree in Corporate Governance.

Mark Andrews, Fairway’s Managing Director, Trust, said: “I’m delighted to welcome Dominique to the team. Dominique’s technical excellence and extensive experience will help us to continue providing the highest levels of client service to our growing global client base. She has exceptional cross-jurisdictional experience, expertise in managed trust companies, private trust companies and governance.”

“I’m looking forward to joining the team at Fairway and to helping the business to deliver the outstanding client service that it’s recognised for,” said Dominique. “To work for an independent company, where I will be making a significant contribution to the development of the business is a fantastic opportunity. As an owner-managed firm, Fairway is also focused on developing its team and treating each individual as exactly that and I look forward to being a part of the culture of this exciting, growing, international trust company.”

Fairway Group was established in Jersey in 2000 and has enjoyed continuous growth since its launch. A ‘consciously independent’ owner-managed business, Fairway is a leading provider of trust, corporate and funds services as well as pensions and innovative savings products.
