Caroline is a Director in the International Pensions team, developing and leading strategy to grow Fairway’s international pensions and employee reward services, and providing oversight and governance to the business.

During her 26 years of senior leadership experience in employment benefits, Caroline has gained extensive technical tax knowledge and has led successful client relationships. She has a fresh, forward-thinking perspective, and brings a wealth of knowledge to Fairway.

Caroline is a Fellow of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants and holds a Diploma in Corporate Governance from The Corporate Governance Institute. She also has 10 years’ experience as a voluntary board member of a local charitable organisation.
